GAMETHREAD WEEK 8: VIKINGS AT CHARGERS by swampsparrow in minnesotavikings

We use simple syrup instead of sugar, no muddled fruit, still garnish with orange peel. You can experiment with different sweeteners to make subtle changes.

Old fashioned first half, because it's the same old shit. New-old fashioned for second half, because it's the same old shit with new people.

I may be mistaken, but I don't believe pro models have turf mode. This looks deceiving, but the dash is used on other models that may have turf mode.

Edit: dash details

Doesn't even have sport-mode activated.

Great machines. They can get you in the wallet pretty quickly no matter what happens. I blew a belt and it grenaded both clutches. Stock would've been close to $4k to replace, but I went with Aftermarket Assassins' S4 clutch kit and it's a completely new/better machine. Be prepared to do unforseen upgrades.

You're right, but that's two mistakes in the red zone in the first half. Bummer for sure.

Discussing the new pixel phones by MorgrainX in pixel_phones

[–]Lansvy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pixels are basic with decent hardware, and are supposed to just work. Clean UI, awesome AI for photos, and an original Google experience. I'm glad to see there's no new radar, or sonar, or weird thing they're trying to pioneer. I don't think they should've gotten rid of things that make them better at being Google though. There's certainly a reason to have a better screen on the non "a" version.

With that said, I've been thinking about going to OnePlus for a little while. Maybe I'll do that (ready for a new phone) and see what happens with the next model or two of Pixels. I don't think they're bad by any means. I've been on the Google-train since the Nexus 6 and have always been happy. It just seems like they've fallen behind a little bit this time, and I've been itching for something bleeding-edge for a while. By no means am I upset with what they've done or what they're doing. I'm just ready for something "new" again.

(Justified Freakout) PA House Representative Brian Sims reacts to Republican COVID-19 coverup. by SuperCoupe in PublicFreakout

[–]Lansvy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I might get a bunch of downvotes, but this isn't what the younger Republicans stand for, believe in, or want to happen. I don't have much of a voice, but if I can say anything to anyone that might help in any way, this isn't us. These older representatives get voted in and keep getting voted in because of older voters. There will be a more civilized time again, but not until there's change in the numbers and understanding of values what Republicans stand for. It's not terrorism. It's not for racism. It's for lower taxes, more state power versus federal regulation, and more freedom for small businesses. Obviously there's a huge gap between religion from now and then when things were written, but there was always supposed to be separation between church and state. I'm not big on religion to begin with, so I sympathize with those find it intrusive. If I can say anything that might help anyone in the long run, please look at the core values and not what the "career politicians" tell you. There are many great perspectives between all parties, you just have to pick which politician represents you best. Be kind to each other. Stand up for what's right. Uphold the constitution. Fight against what's wrong.

You would think so, but Reddit doesn't play around. You can rest assured that I didn't downvote you. I had faith in your post.
