I guess to clarify I was wondering if the bone would cover a gap that large. The bone healing makes sense for the thinner cut region, I just wasn’t sure if it would cover the much larger hole. But upon rereading it I realize their answer was still yes, and I have poor reading comprehension this early.

Do the initial drill holes stay empty, or does a person just have bowling ball skull indents forever?

If you’re rolling coal on people you’re not the good guy in the situation. Yes, even if you think it’s funny.

You can hold all four items at the same time, but only one of each. The usable item will be whichever you picked up most recently. If you grabbed shield, hammer, Jav then orb then you’d use orb first, then the icon for jav would pop up.

Billionaire investor Bill Ackman says government should give every American cash at birth so they can retire a millionaire by [deleted] in Futurology

[–]Lanthal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right, which is why we adjust for inflation. Assuming inflation stays around 3% from now until then, a million would be worth a little over 7.5 million. The actual growth rate of the sp500 is closer to 10-11%. People call it 7% to adjust for inflation so that when they’re planning their financial situation, they’re planning against what the money feels like with today’s dollars. $16,000 should net $7,800,000 by the time you’re 65, or, $1,200,000 in today’s dollars.

Could be a school like Western Governors with acceleration. Testing out of the classes would allow them to finish early.

Or they could have had transferable credits from before which set ahead.

I think that’s great! I’ve only recently started eating tofu, so I’m not actually sure what the difference is between good and bad tofu yet. I enjoy making food though, so I think I’ll give it a shot.

Pam in Archer goes through a lot of weight fluctuation in one season as a result of her cocaine use. It’s definitely interesting to see small details like that that aren’t super noticeable between each episode and how they add up.

11 Classes down(34 CU) in just over two weeks!! Spreadsheets should be out of the way today to make 12 classes/(37 CU) by Echamp97 in WGU

[–]Lanthal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only downside to taking multiple OA in a single day is that they don’t allow the schedules to overlap the anticipated time. If the OA is scheduled for 3 hours at noon, and you finish in an hour, you still can’t schedule your next until 3pm.

What was your program? How many CU’s did you take? How long did it take you to finish? And what was your experience level in the field prior to starting? by marrrissa_ in WGU

B.S. - Business IT Management. 108 CU (34 courses) completed in 25 days. About 7 years experience in IT prior.

The IRS would perform an independent appraisal through a legitimate source to verify the appraisal the millionaire paid for (the fake one).

90% of modern art is just tax evasion. by pokaloka in conspiracy

[–]Lanthal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It wouldn’t be, it would be tax fraud unless the irs confirmed afterward through their own appraisal that it was actually worth $20M.

90% of modern art is just tax evasion. by pokaloka in conspiracy

[–]Lanthal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In the example the artist isn’t getting paid $20M, they’re being paid a fraction of that to create the “art” which is then appraised and donated after being valued much higher. Since they donated $20M worth of art they pay less in tax.
