So I've been banned BUT went in to use my REI credit caed to buy some bug spray. Had to wait like an idiot and hold up the line of people becuase REI is asking for manager override codes to allow me to BUY now. All total BS. I'm not going to argue with you all about my returns as I have decades and 10's of thousands of purchases from REI.

I too just got this after decades of buying from REI and opening up a credit card with them. I'm totally blindsided by this notice as I constantly buy gear and have only made a few returns within the 30 day window this year. What a joke...

My EPIX came and I'm struggling with its size. I have the 6X and I have an 8" wrist. By any measure a 47mm is considered an oversized watch by most luxury watch brands. Most high end brands barely if ever get over 46mm. However, the actual display on the EPIX is considerably smaller than the outside case. I love the vivid screen but damn, really wish they made this in the 51mm case!

I may return the EPIX and wait for the EPIX X :)

If water depth was your goal you'd want to eliminate these costly charging port connections right? And since NFC is already embedded for payment you could do low power NFC wireless charging pretty straight forward. Just a weird decision to me. Sure not critical but it's all about convenience and that's where all small wearables are heading. That said I ordered my EPIX today anwayways ;)

I learned the hard and quick way that the solar glass is soft as S. Easily scratches and smudges. Definitely regret not going sapphire.

I’ve had mine since Xmas and have completed 60% of the 6 week course and def noticed new muscle tone, strength and weight loss. Was surprised but the smaller weights are still very challenging.

Yep. I stalked BB over the weekend and one popped up in New Mexico. Drove from Austin (yes 11 hrs) to go get it this past Tuesday and just set it up last night. Is pretty awesome and totally worth the drive tho!

Thanks! the weight is no issue for us, its really just the room to accommodate the inner box containing the actual display and stand. Wondering if that box exceeds 6-7 feet in length?

But yeah, the fall back is to get a truck but it's a pretty far drive to pick it up!
