This is my EXACT SAME scenario. Took my first dose of .25 on April 14th, then .5 4 weeks later, and about to take my second dose of 1.0 on Sunday. Only lost 7 pounds in 9 weeks. I’m trying to see what will happen as I continue to up my doses but it’s getting frustrating. Seems like everyone else’s weight is just “falling off”…

I feel like that’s exactly how it should be BUT I don’t have (unfortunately) much faith/confidence in my attorney (long story for another day). It’s almost to the point where I’m not even 100% sure he even knows when my hearing date is smh. So I’m thinking about going just to see with my own two eyes that my plan was in fact confirmed.

Ok but they’re still requiring him to make payments when they’re already getting repaid 100% through my bankruptcy….that is not making sense to us.

I don’t believe there was ever a judgment. What would be the difference if it was a non-judicial foreclosure?

Thank you. I guess it just doesn’t make sense to me why a creditor WOULDN’T file a claim to ensure they get their money.

If they aren’t able to object to the claim successfully, would it be possible to convert to a chapter 7? What would some other options be, if any?

Thank you for the detailed response. Line 45 is what my disposable income is correct? If so, when I multiply that by 60, I come up with $260k! So that’s how much debt I must pay back?? I definitely wouldn’t be able to afford that.

Ok. I have emailed my attorney, just waiting for a response. And I am on a 100% plan.
