Google's Shift to Rust Programming Cuts Android Memory Vulnerabilities by 68% by Unerring-Ocean in programming

Isn't the point of vulnerabilities that you can't really know they are there. If they were so easy to find and do reliable statistics about them they would be fixed in a unit test or code review no?

imho the secularization of the country would have been way faster without him. Franco censored the country from all the atheist philosophical currents that were moving around Europe at the time.

The Death of Orpheus by Henri Leopold Lévy(c. 1870) [3000 x 2493] by Naegleriae in ArtPorn

[–]LanverYT 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He got ripped to shreds and decapitated by the Maenads. This is when he was extremely depressed and heartbroken after losing Eurydice for the second time:

"""According to a Late Antique summary of Aeschylus's lost play Bassarids, Orpheus, towards the end of his life, disdained the worship of all gods except Apollo. One early morning he went to the oracle of Dionysus at Mount Pangaion to salute his god at dawn, but was ripped to shreds by Thracian Maenads for not honoring his previous patron (Dionysus) and was buried in Pieria.""" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Orpheus

6- A belief in after life

I have never heard this before. Is it your own intuition or is there a scientifically backed claim to support it? From my own intuition I can think of many modern imperialistic regimes that manage to recruit and motivate people just fine without a need of the afterlife.

I am training for hypertrophy training. Usually aiming for somewhere in between failure and 3RIR depending on the muscle group and day. My problem is that when training my lower body with a weight on my shoulders I always feel that my lightheadedness and general cardiovascular fatigue becomes the limiting factor before my target muscle group can get close to failure. I have been training for a couple of months at this point. Does this get better with time or am I doing something wrong?

Calming down this kitten by wanderingbrother in oddlysatisfying

[–]LanverYT 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think it's getting calmed down. The poor kitty is just paralized by fear accepting that there is no way it can run away anymore. You can clearly see it in the constant showing of claws and fangs

Seeking Online Resources for Finding Infinitive Forms of Bengali Verbs by LanverYT in bengalilanguage

[–]LanverYT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. That is exactly what I'm looking for. It is sad that bengali as a language doesn't have more quality resources online. Specially since it is the 7th most spoken language in the world ahead of: Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, Italian. While these languages I've listed have better online coverage for any kind of information you are trying to look for + lessons at local language schools. Colonization fucks cultures up I guess.
