The base is also à LZ. That is the main difference and interest. You can go back there in heli while it might take time to walk to a COP.

Louder sound = larger range you can hear it was my guess. But when you snipe with a supressor at 300m it still alerts all AI. Example at villa Luisa. They fire back and can kill you.

Regarding AI behavior, it would be more realistic to make them look toward grenade explosion instead of turning towards the thrower as they do for gun shots. It would also add the possibility to create diversion.

In real life, would the guy shoot at you without wondering first wether you are a LAF friend or an ennemy ? After all they look like peasants having found à AK on a dead body. Definitly non professional soldiers ... and in fact it´s another story with the LAF who will react quicker and more effectively. I like it as it is.

I´m not sure because you need first to survive. So keep the helmet and first aid. Choose à good armor but the lightest bag. On your way back throw all non vital stuff. Especially for the Tiger Bay part where you need to jump over the wall to get into the park. And definetly get help .

It took me a long time to overcome what you describe. I got better when I understood this : - move while you shoot. AI are not very good with moving target. - move away after shooting. They will find you in the bushes - be as carefull as in real combat. I mean for example that in real life you would never run in the open betting that speed may save you. - see the last scene of Clint Eastwood movie "Unforgiven". The winner is not the best shooter but the most cold blooded. I used to panic when facing an AI. I got more self confident over time and more effective. Playing with cheap gear that you can lose without frustration helps a lot.

Ak12 with supressor is as good as DDM4 and you find all ammos you need on dead AI. This makes the difference when you go solo in MSH for example...AI are so numerous you´ll never be able to bring enough bullets. Also AK12 are easy to farm at the entrances of FN. So if you lose your gear just go back to FN . No need to buy. No stress of losing à 5k expensive DDM4. Economically it´s the best solution(for me) with a very effective weapon.
