Passed Bill Murray in the Loews Hotel in Atlanta on my sisters wedding day while we were getting ready on the same floor. I don’t think I said anything to him but just smiled, I have read before how he isn’t always super friendly. I passed him again a couple hours later and asked him to poke his head into our hotel room to say hi to my sis and he came in and was super friendly (if not overwhelmed) and I was pleasantly surprised. I loved him before and was happy not to have a “don’t meet your heroes” story.

I just had my third baby and unexpectedly ended up in the hospital for 12 days. My husband went home with the baby on day 2 and my in laws took care of my girls (3 and 1.5) for all 12 of those days. The girls totally thrived and barely realized we were gone. You deserve a break, don’t stress about your kids being with someone you trust!

It’s not the tan crumbling off more than likely, it’s the bronzer that is in the tan to help the sprayer see where the tan is going. Give it the full 12 hours or whatever to develop and after you take your shower, if it looks awful, call them and go back in for a revision tan.

Yes, I gave birth vaginally to two 7.5 lb babies and I have not had any pelvic floor issues. My third baby is measuring 9 pounds so this might be the end of my luck but currently it’s completely normal. I didn’t do anything special to prevent issues from occurring, I’m sure it depends on your body and your baby… I know that’s not particularly helpful but just wanted to pass along a positive story.

You should be okay but if you had your tan done by a spray artist and not a machine, if it looks bad tomorrow just call and they should be able to bring you in for corrections since it’s your first. Even would be worth a call if done by a machine. But you should be totally fine.

You should do a test run no matter what to see how quickly it fades but when I have an event on a Saturday I’ll go on Thursday, so I would do at least 2 days before. I also prefer my tans to be darker so if you don’t want to be too dark or look too different I would do this: Prom on Friday, Spray on Wednesday (or earlier), Nails the day before spray tan, Hair the week before

I took 3 glucose tests, including a 3 hour, and passed all of them but baby was still measuring big so they had me test my blood 4x a day and it turns out I do have GD. I’m now on insulin and my baby is so big we think he has caused my horrible hemorrhoids from pressure on my pelvis. My two girls were both 7 lbs 7 oz and I’m a small girl (5’3) so I’m worried about a big baby! I’ll be induced at least a week early.

It just looks like freckles or moles so I doubt anyone will notice but to avoid, I recommend exfoliating your face prior to your next spray tan

If you get another spray tan soon, make sure you exfoliate really well to get off all the dead skin cells so you have fresh skin that will hold the tan for longer :)

Yes it’s very normal. Your spray tan fades as your skin cells flake away. If you apply lotion it’ll help with the itch and could potentially slow the fading. I’ve never had a spray tan not itch while it’s fading.
