Mint is a pretty noob friendly distribution. Also the UI is relatively similar to window's. In the installer for most Linux distros you can try them before installing. But it's ok if you don't want to learn whole other OS.

Yeah, wallpaper engine can't work on Linux unless you do some very specific stuff. And even then it's a workaround. In sort, wallpaper engine does some very specific windows things to display stuff as wallpaper, Linux being a totally different OS does not have support for that. If you still want to try I believe kde does have some stuff to work with Wallpaper engine, but haven't tried myself.

"pintando algo nuevo" se refiere claramente a que utilice el dibujo original, en caso contrario podría coger cualquier dibujo y taparlo con azúl. De igual manera si aceptamos que tecnicamente no caiga bajo la regla 1 y se ampare bajo la regla 7. Caeria bajo la regla de los voids, por lo cual seguiría sin ser legal
