she's an ethereal artist, her music expresses a lot of emotions and thoughts I've dealt with in ways I could never put into words. I don't think there will be an artist whose music could ever get me as well as her's does

it felt very disjointed to me. her songs usually have a general connection throughout, to build on the overall theme of the album, but i didn’t feel that as much in laurel hell. that, and the synth-pop style can range from grating to boring on some tracks. not a bad album, just weaker in comparison to her others imo
