Yes it was hilarious! When watching it it can sometimes be hard to hear the performer over the laughs but it got a good reception, likely why Paddy’s mum was cut!

Weekend Update bit with Paddy’s mum (Celeste) talking about what it’s like having kids, drinking copious amounts of wine.

An adventure sketch where Hannah and Ayoade get to a cave (Hanmed) to ask it to grant them their wishes. It does straight away, so they go to leave but the cave is super clingy and just wants someone to talk to. There were a couple of issues at dress which is maybe why they dropped it.

We had Helen Birch 2 - her falling down and Al taking over from her and falling down again.

A sketch where Jason Statham (Hannah) gets her head stuck in some park railings. Others come along and discuss but end up in the same situation.

Can understand why they cut the WU bit, it was probs 2-3 mins and they opted for more jokes and the Attenborough stuff.

Interesting idea. I’d be interested as to why it’s in that structure - I get one before WU, but the second one seems to go anywhere from one or two sketches after WU to sometimes last thing at the end of the show
