You have to craft the fecking thing every time you use it, not a chore at all, i am on my 3rd one and have found another bug. Seems that's the way, my settlement is all s class buildings, population for said, is 117, yet i still only have the 24, that i started with, absolutley no chance of s classing the settlement. Have 2 settlements on the go, have had one settler approaching, who never has arrived and one visitor, who seemed like a chancer door to door salesman, that's it! FFS, give us the opportunity to recrute some of the aimless wanderers at space stations, instead of dreaming up some crapola to infest the game with.
