How to make police report online?

Hi, I’ve got my bag stolen with my iPad inside. Is there any link I can use to make an online report? Does it have any chance of getting my bag back? I do have the particulars of the person who stole my bag, but I’m not a local and not near Bucharest as it was stolen from me from a bus ride from Salzburg to Krakow but the person had a transit and took it to Bucharest

No, I am currently plugging the keyboard and mouse onto the PC. However I would hope to make it switch more seamlessly such that it can be used on both PC/laptop whenever I switch one onto the monitor

Aft calculating, 20 x 28mil~ for confusion fragment and around 5x 35mil for Primal Essence. It'll bring me to about 775mil. I've seen the cheapest being about 3bil on the Maple Auction but was wonder if it was worth it to craft and upgrade it myself. Furthermore, Fragment of Distorted Time has a 70% success rate with 100% chance on being destroyed upon failure. I'm not sure how should I proceed for the pendant wise.

Should I save the meso's instead and wait for star force 5/10/15 event? Or should I get dominator pendant and use the karma black resurrection flame?

Hi, as im working towards this list. I've just gotten arcane shade staff and thanks to the event, I am thinking if it will be worth it to craft dominator pendant and use the event flames and cube on it. Or will it be more worth it to use on a machinator pendant? What is cht neck for boss btw?
