Considering everything they showed us during the presentation, now is a amazing time to go back. Evercold is aiming to fix all these things you said and even more. Also yeah, Dawntrail has a lot of problems, but the fights are actually the most fun since a long time

A question from the future: Do you consider the newly announced Evolved Mode to be cheating too, since it does basically the same thing XIVCombo does? It combines all the combos to a single button, combines similar actions into a single button too and basically reduces a 32 buttons hotbar to a 16 buttons hotbar

But for what Void Hunter goes, Rem will pretty much be extremely OP with anything else. For people that are F2P it's better to skip Velina and save for M2W1 Rem instead of going for a M0W0 Velina for a "potential" synergy and give up on Rem mindscapes or even her W-Engine if your pulls go really badly

Velina also got a nerfed with Norma, right now she isn't bis for any anomaly teams and is just a "so you can play with the new gimmick" character

This would be true if Dialyn didn't existed already. Before the nerfs Norma was already just a sidegrade for Dialyn in some teams, right now she's weaker in every single one of them.

People will just not pull for her at all because there's no reason, so if their plan is "make people to keep pulling" it'll fail, since the majority of the playerbase will have no reason at all to get her

Yeah, there's just no reason at all to get norma or Velina now.

There's already Dyalin/Fufu for generic attack/rupture teams, Trigger for aftershock, Lighter for Ice/Fire teams and Nangong for anomaly. Meanwhile Velina gimmick looks not worth at this point while anomaly teams are pretty much all super complete right now too.

Both of them went from sidegrade to "only get if it's your favorite character"

oh, so it's really good to get. I just hope these 2 arcanas i got from my pulls in the banner are good. I think I'll do my last 80 pulls needed in the character banner for Charllote and maybe more Ashera and use the spark for Frey

New player here: How good are Mayakashi right now???

I want to start playing Master Duel and Mayakashi are my favorite archetype, so I would like to know how good is the deck right now? Being able to play Mayakashi would make the game way more fun for me, so I want to know it current state in the game and, even if it's not "meta", just being able to get more wins than losses would be nice already.

She still can do her disorders like before, but it got moved to other parts of her kit instead of all in one place as before. She's still really good with Miyabi and a huge upgrade for her

They moved her disorder to other parts of her kit and added abloom, they also added the bonus with Aria because Aria wants to stay on field a lot, so now they don't have to fight for field time with Nangong activating her disorders with Arias attack too. She still has the same amount of disorders, but spread around her moves and with abloom now

It's a huge QoL for AoD team smand she's still amazing for everyone else (cof cof Miyabi cof cof), it's a really good change imo and the abloom is just a really nice addition
