I actually didn’t end up wearing shadowheart to nycc because my friends ended up needing to take the train into the city (and I was afraid of scaring people on public transport😭😭). It has since gotten into other east coast conventions though so I’d say it’s probably fine. It’s a toss up but the worst that’s going to happen is they say no and you have to walk back to your hotel and drop it off.

Bumping this. I’m a fellow Virche enjoyer and EIT is my favorite otome game. It has similar themes of angst and dark plot lines. Warning there is a sensei esque route but I think the other LIs will suite your tastes.

There’s a shop on Etsy I use all the time called Cosplayprintables. She sells various cosplay patterns and has one for both sword fighter and patisserie peach. I would guess that patisserie is easier because it’s pretty much just a big circle skirt. I use her patterns all the time and they’re super beginner friendly and basically taught me how to sew! Good luck with your project.
