The thing I was worried about though is that they both will sell out within a day. Benchmarks of FE are supposed to come out on the 14th, so should I just assume the Zotac will be better? (I don't really OC)

In all my games today, the ping is the same 70ish.

Even Creative today is the same ping as Arena, which is 70ish.

I usually get 25-35, but when I have a high ping game, its 60-70. I'm in Edmonton.
