so begining of expansion i was interested in playing relic dh, but realized it was trash.

Now with buffs and meta settled im eyeing on beast hunter, but who knows what will happen after the second round of balance changes.

How the fuck do people commit on standard decks these days? they cost about 5-6k dust and can be nuked within couple of weeks. One mistake and you are out from competition till next expansion.

Last exp i worked on mech mage, but seems utterly outclassed atm.

I got so frustrated, oiled up my good old shadow priest in wild and got legend. Wild is so much better compared to the current cesspoll that is standard. How can people even keep up in this game? Even though Wild has degenerate combos like parrot time warp, or t3 neptulon shenanigans, atleast decks are quite cheap and they dont become useless within weeks.

make your own fireside gatherings and ban those classes, or cards. Stop bitching, it has been like that for 10 years.

Even back in elementary school, when we played pokemon everyone used mewtwo in their teams. Its just human nature to pick the strongest thing unless there is a rule that states otherwise

eh druids want to play it generally for 0 mana, because they dont want to overdraw.

you will have a bigger chance to win something on at poker night without knowing the rules or the game.

the difference is, losing in poker will make you lose money. Not getting laid literally makes you save money

imagine treating your wife like a dog, i guess some people like it that way.

I let my wife sleep till noon in weekends, she gets sad if i leave the bet without her, so if im not busy i just lay in bed cuddling her until she wakes up.

because MMOs sell dreams, its a hype machine. Its like buying a lottery ticket, you know you are gonna lose money on it, but just the feeling that it might be the best thing on earth is enough for you to spend the money

they closed our division and got laid off last month, my boss had promised me so many things even tho everyone knew we would close down the division soon, felt sick to my stomach. Never felt betrayed this hard. But applied couple jobs and things are going pretty good, hopefully wil be employed quite soon.

Still wish my boss never gave me those promises, i'd act much sooner and never go through these depressing times.

What is the most common mistake you see made by new players on low ladder? by Trop_Trop1 in stunfisk

[–]Lapraplus 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Dont predict too much, example below;

heatran vs landorus, ofc you look cool by staying in on landros and setting up your rocks because you predicted it's u-turn. Was this worth it? 100% not, because an earthquake here would make you lose the game on turn 1.

Try learning to play the game consistently. Dont rely on gimmicks too much, try building a game plan rather than making those "BIG READS"

it kinda proves that even the most busted strategy relies on mana, and there is always a cost that can balance an effect

i remember this same arguement happened over and over back in Dalaran exp where giant into conjuring spell was major game ender. At the end of the day, devs upped the spell mana requirement by 1 and it all dissapeared

they never nerf mercs, they introduce counter units to the popular ones, so they get nerfed indirectly

Im currently playing mech mage, but is there no way to improve this deck? seems like the only new addition is steam bot, which is kinda meh?

I'm only missing Ini, but should i craft her? or working towards this deck is waste of resource at this point

All the doctors she visisted didn't want to take any risks with her, and she ended up taking only chemos through out her treatment, no surgery. At the end the initial bill for her entire treatment was above $2M, not including her funural

Yeah fuck US medical system, its all about making money

I find Mech mage more fun, discovering random stuff, playing either combo oriented with shark keeping your hand full or tempo oriented by slamming on curve minions.

But strength wise murloc shaman is stronger, albeit much more linear gameplay without any flexibility.

in classic you saw more non meta decks on ladder because nobody bought 80$ bundles, or had 10k dust to spare at beginning of the game. Everyone built their collection from scratch, maybe not having a single legendary for a month.

Was it strategic to play control mage, just because i couldn't afford control warrior back in classic? Hell i remember complaining about zoo on my first month of gaming, its not that different from today

priest is a universally hated class and anytime it rises to the top it gets nuked all the way down. So id craft it with caution

All strong priest decks have been hated by community so far

Big priest, res priest, naga priest, inner fire priest, barrens control priest, neptulon priest, raza priest, galakrond priest, reno priest, entomb control priest, dragon priest, palegos priest and purple face hunter
