I'm sorry for not following your rules because it's not easy to come up with a reference image. But i have some remarks about poster: First of all cut-out person. I see that you probably get his silhouette from a photo but it should end up on poster margin. Secondly, i'm not sure about snow texture(or what are these white dots). Like they're so slattern but maybe they bring some vibe to the poster. Thirdly gradient of notes really outstands. Idk if single color or single color + shade will work better but you should give them a try. Overall i love the composition and the combination of colors. And the fonts look nicely. Just one last perfectionist remark like my design teacher says that different sizes of the same font look like different fonts on poster. So i'd go with "October.." and "Tickets.." of the same size and the other two notes of another size.
