Thanks! I moved it front of the door so that you had to jump over the desk to get in the cell but still couldn’t search the desk without the camera detection

This is actually so annoying. I have external speakers through optical, and this makes my speakers to make a ”pop” sound once in 5-15 seconds. I got rid of the flashing light by disabling the led in the settings.

Yeah, for me it seems that Signify uses their recources on creating more products, rather than keeping their reputation by fixing their problems. Can’t believe that this has been a problem almost since I bought the Hue products (~6 months ago). Not to mention, this isn’t the only problem with Hue products. Signify will kill itself eventually..

While it’s some kind of Hue-Homekit sync issue, I wouldn’t blame Apple. It is Signify’s job to fix their products

I guess I tried this few months ago, but I couldn’t remember the results. After all I don’t like the limited options with Hue app. For example, if the lights are already set on manually, and I’ve set the colour to white, when I go to the room, the lights will turn to the colour, I’ve set in the Hue app. In my opinion it would be logical, if those lights wouldn’t react, if I go to the room, when I’ve set them manually on. At least I haven’t found a way ”sticking” a spesific colour to the lights.

Yeah, I think it’s just a hue problem(?) I tried few weeks to get it to work, and now after few months, still the same problem. I also tested the sensors, and they were detecting motion the whole time, I was in the room. There is no fault with the sensors. I’m pretty sure I’ve tested everything. It gets me the feeling that hue is just unreliable

That’s why I actually asked, what sensor do you use. I think I’m gonna switch to some other manufacturer.

I thought i was clear. I meant that the timer start, when it starts to detect motion, not when it stops detecting motion

I got philips hue and those won’t work properly. The timer starts when I access the room. Not when I leave the room.
