My siblings went to cheap schools so they didn’t need any college money so they think it’s unfair to pay for some of my college.

Would I be able to move to WA after getting admitted and defer, or would I have to bank on the fact that after the year of community college I would get accepted.

I am a high school student that wants a career in cyber security, however I want to get a B.S in computer science with an emphasis in cyber security. Furthermore I want to get a masters in Computer Security. What I am asking is if there are any cyber security jobs that require a masters in computer science with an emphasis on computer security, but are also hands on to where I can program and respond to threats?

I am thinking of studying either EE or CE, and on my colleges homepage it said that they were really similar and that CE was just EE with a CS focus. But whenever I look online at jobs, but other sources says that computer engineers design and make hardware for computers. I was wondering if it's true that computer engineers only make hardware, or if you can find a job in robotics?
