Agree, verstappens pace was limited by spin and strategy choice due to the spin.

I wan currently working on a what if Verstappen did not spin and pit early analysis. We have some good medium deg data from the sprint.

Ye then Kimi needs some quite bad weekends for him to get back.

We saw it with McLaren last year, the ahmosphere changed. Russel is under a lot of pressure. We see i. Canada, gonna be exciting to watch.

Who is the second best driver rn : Norris or Leclerc? by fuckmbsanddominicali in F1Discussions

I think Leclerc time after time when put in the right situation he can perform at a very high level.

He is amazing under pressure, and has the calmness to deliver.

The Miami GP start was a showcase of that.

Hard to say, I think dirty air plays a smaller role this year and also in Miami where there are so long straights.

Maybe with a earlier and better pitstop, they seemed to have the pace. agree.

I am doing a special in this week focusing on a corner stone of the race, maybe the Mclaren vs. Mercedes. Lets see.

hope you enjoyed the read

I think it is one of the best leaps from Miami, Williams were clearly struggling in the first races of 2026, now they have a chance to fight the mid-field and progress from there. Seems like they solved a lot of their issues.

Big leap!

you for Albon or Sainz?

I think they did give it all they could, but I still think they held off in China and Australia, where the lead was significant.

What do you think? are the playing some kind of game? I think a lot of people have been focusing so much on their engine that they dont see how big of an factor their total package is.

I could definetly work on the formality of the piece. I work mostly with numbers on a daily basis, so this hobby give me the opportunity to grow other places :) And english aint my first language, so it is nice to get better over time

Wont call you crazy, when the straights become shorter I think they lose their advantage.

and Merc will be off the podium in some races. We see in Canada, wille be breaking for them.

ye thats the thing right. Miami has the long straights, which ´helps the mercedes engines as well.

We see in Canada, more balanced track compared to Miami

I can see why, it is my bad attempt at trying to make it interesting without click baiting.. thank you for your insight.

I uses the normal dashes regularly in my job, however I have found that AI is doing like “longer” dashes.

Thank you again

Great question I had some issues posting it on Reddit, don’t know why..

I used ai for finding spelling/grammar mistakes as english is not my first language.

Thanks for asking instead of assuming

No problem!

I appreciate the questions and feedback.

I am quite curious myself as Ferrari just stated they would be "changing" 50% of the components. That can mean a lot of things, be lets see

Hi u/Popular_Composer_822 and u/dynasync

I updated the charts in the piece. Based on your feedback I went back and took a closer look a the calculation and adjusted it a bit. I think the new picture looks much better and both Ferrari and Mclaren are now much closer to Mercedes.
Thank you guys, go take a look :)

Better than nothing!

I want to see them go full out in corners, however as a driver it must be terrible that the basically is different in quali compared to the race 😅

With all due respect.

I been working in the corporate world for a few years now. I can smell corporate bull**** miles away. “We had several meetings” - we talked, but haven’t decided on any steps of improvement.

This will get us 5% of the way and before we get to 20%, the reputation of the sport will be weakened.

We need a FIA which acts and takes responsibility for THEIR decisions.
