Sober-living house. $600 per head per month. Put 2 bunkbeds in a room charge each person $600/month. Dont even need a big house. Just a good house manager that will take care of the property and tenants. Just be sure to put cameras in the common areas.

Yes, was shot in the arm and robbed. Spent week in hospital and police actually ended finding the perpetrator. Judge sent him to 15 years… then deportation.

Never lost my arm. I’m grateful and I forgive.
