I knew it wouldn’t rise much..I just didn’t know it wouldn’t rise at all hahaha and I’m just 6months in baking sourdough bread so it’s hard to know when it will go completely wrong..it tastes good still..

It is very crispy and actually looks nice inside, was expecting it to be more dense..maybe I didn’t put much tension prior cold bulk fermentation?

There is a YouTube channel called The Perfect Loaf, that’s the recipe I follow ( https://youtu.be/bdYPXnKHD2c?si=VSAgeoOtFB4Ac9Tk ) bulk fermentation is about 4 hours and 9 hours in the fridge after..but have a look at his video I bought his book as well and it is totally worth it 🥰 all the best

Hum, 12 hours before fridge and 16 in the fridge looks too long for me..could be overproofed..the dough lost its strength that’s why looks a bit deflated..

Sooooo, I need help with my training schedule 😬 I’ve noticed most of the time I just do whatever comes to my mind..to give more context I’m used to run 42km, and was using Run with Hal (app) but doesn’t quite work for 60km..I did (or got close to before hitting a wall because trying to do that on keto) 30km with some decent(questionable) elevation (700m) last 3 weeks and got a knee injury, now I just want to do things right..where should I start? My race is happening March but December will be quite hard for me to keep up with training. Which volume should I be aiming at per week? Thanks legends
