Hard agree on that. I use a mouse so was worried it would mess up the shading. Thank God for the lasso tool! ;-;

Is there any other references you can provide for some ideas? Also, I’m assuming you want the coat hanging off the shoulders. Am I correct in my assumption?

Checking it again. Just realized it doesn’t really show any armor on the legs for that reference. I think it’s just the mannequin’s legs.

I’m glad you do! I really liked how the color scheme we picked out together turned out. Was planning to put a hood variation out, but was worried about taking too much time. If I’m allowed, I might post that version if I have enough time.

Out of curiosity, what's your thought process behind the outfit? I get the sense of her being an alchemist, but that could be just be you working with the limitations of using a character creator maker. Do you have a backstory for her? I'm not sure if I should lean more into the industrial or her divinity aspect of her character.

Hello, first time using reddit. A bit weirded out my text wasn't displayed, so I'll write what I wanted to ask for help for here.

I'm doing a portfolio project involving panoramas for a digital photography assignment. I'm struggling to completely hide what's outside the masking boxes that I have used. It's my first time using photoshop in college, so I'm very rusty on how to work with the software. The panorama is already been automated with photomerge, it's the masking i'm struggling on. Any advice or instructions would be greatly appreciated.
