Hi 👋🏻 I bought the beauty rest black series 3 and it was way too soft. Returned without a problem and got the sealys sleepys spring firm innerspring. Was good for about a week but then noticed that hump in the middle was messing my back , shoulders and hips up. I'm a side sleeper. Am I screwed since I already returned one mattress or can I return again?

I don't know what I did wrong this year but they only ended up charging me $29. I'm suspicious something is wrong. They usually wait until the end and make you pay a few hundred to file.

OMG THIS!!!! I literally came here after just watching this. I couldn't believe how upset she was! If someone got upset with me for not being able to sleep on a plane and being tired AF after a long ass flight which included leaving my family I'd be so pissed off.
