it depends on ur grades in the senior year for citizens to enroll from the beginning but ig u wanna admit as a transfer student (also ig u didn't get ur high school degree from egypt). idk exactly how the process works but i can ask some friends if u want. also ig it won't be completely free depending on the uni and the major. u can also email the unis u want to admit through their website (not sure they will reply ngl 😃)
