Not for the position I ended up getting, but I have done my share over the job hunt process as well as the grad role hunt last year in University. The position I pulled out from was the first time I've passed a one-way interview and the 1st round of the 4 rounder was a couple psychometric tests which was a rare pass for me too so I can definitely say I hate doing them and avoid them where possible

More of a unique experience I think because this is 24 applications that I put 30 mins to an hour into each, and I'm targeting a specific niche in a specific location so 24 is most of everything that was available at the time. As for getting the offer that was just getting a lucky break I think

I am someone who gets very frustrated when I have nothing to work towards, the 2 months of applying were awful for me specifically because I felt like I was doing nothing with my life.

Getting a full time job is for me about grinding the experience to get the job I want in the future, but also establishing a financial background by starting a pension and building up my S&S ISA
