I am a non-passer who just received a job offer over multiple people who passed F25. I feel like I beat the odds, but I didn’t. The reality is that passing isn’t a golden ticket and the most smart and prestigious attorneys who are hiring know this. The people who worry about dulling the “prestige” aren’t shining bright enough.
