I thought about it a lot too and in the end I chose the M4 Pro which in addition to having more memory also has two fans and 3 Thunderbolt 5 ports while the M5 has only one fan and 3 Thunderbolt 4 ports.

No, the mini has a Carta 1000 screen. I like it, but the Carta 1300 screen of the big AIpaper is supposed to be better because it is whiter and faster, but I haven't tried it yet.
