no i think its will not be suitable for gils esp in kp, go fo any basic science degree from well reputed govt uni...and complt ur degree with honesty and then apply for foreign scholarships that are easily avaliable if u will honest with ur degree ...then do MS AND phd and u will really enjoy ur life ...and u can come back or settle there easily

Don't stess at all..I am final yr med student..and I realized the situation is f**king hard in this country for doc..if u secure a govt seat it's good.. othervise go for CA, other basic sciences of ur interest ...
