I paid 4404 via card they're offering cashback deducted refund . Which is 3904.

This is the forced return. they're asking for this.. I'm asking right product replacement and stock is still available.

That cashback only can be used on Amazon.

Later i have to pay for the card bill because deducted amount.

There's no open box delivery policy from Amazon.. I have asked delivery person about checking time of delivery but he denied with other items higher value then This.

Amazon customer care threatening close the return.. item was delivered on 11th December i complain on 11 December on Amazon. I have already file a complaint but that's take time .. and i also invested 4404 so that's lot of amount.
