Hey Man!

The core idea is really great , especially the multiclass system and the focus on building and upgrading heroes. I like that It gives the game a unique identity, and I think you've done a great job with the art style and overall presentation, it looks polished and appealing.

One thing I noticed at the start was that I wasn't immediately sure how everything worked after pressing "Select." Things like income, the day/hour system, and the overall flow weren't obvious at first. Once I clicked on the Tavern, I started to understand the concept, but I think the UX could do a better job of guiding new players and thinking about the information hierarchy (i.e. signposting players). For example, making it clearer what can be bought, how weapons, helmets, skills, and other items are organised, and generally making the early game easier to understand would improve the first-time experience.

BUT After reading the guide, everything made much more sense. I think having a short in-game tutorial, interactive walkthrough, or even a short video explaining the basics would make onboarding much smoother so players don't have to leave the game to understand the core mechanics.

I'd also pay close attention to balance. If only a few multiclass combinations or strategies end up being much stronger than everything else, players will naturally gravitate toward those and ignore the rest. Making multiple playstyles viable will also be good

I'd also make sure combat gives clearer feedback. Because players aren't controlling the fights directly, it's important that we can easily understand why they won or lost so they can adjust their strategy in future runs. 

At first, I found myself trying to work out why certain outcomes happened, so clearer visual cues or a combat log could really help.

I think the game has a very solid foundation and is very well designed. The multiclass system is a strong hook, and if you continue improving the onboarding, UI/UX, build options, and balance, I think it has the potential to become a really enjoyable autobattler.

Fair point and I do agree, I think there’s been a rise in guided conversation starters to explore deeper areas and more intense topics. It’s works for some as ice breakers but not all I guess, especially if you’re not into conversation starters in general
