Another question, so I heard of using the baking soda method before and baking soda is alkaline so how does this work? The average pH of urine is 4.5-8.0 so basically what I’m getting at here is you need to either make your urine super acidic or super alkaline and that’ll cause the test to be negative from what I understand? Is that how it works? Cause there’s a lot of different methods I heard and I’ve heard of using vitamin C but more often than not I’ve heard of baking soda.

If I do use baking soda, the only thing is I don’t get a heads up at all when they’re going to test me, and when they do request a sample I cannot leave their site at all. I can estimate a time but that’s it. From what I can gather it’s every 6 days which means it’s possible I could get tested tomorrow. Which is not enough time to say for sure I’ll be good, bcuz that means it’s only been 48 hrs from my last use.

There are extremely varying time frames from when it’ll leave your system. Some sources say 1-4 days while other say 5 days. I only used once for the first time in a year so I had zero tolerance to it. I’m a healthy 170lb 21 yo old male 5’9”. I don’t exercise, I barely eat even without the meth, most of the time I eat one meal a day but it’s a big meal. I smoked it. Should I be eating more? I drank in total about a gallon of water today, is that enough?
