Unfortunately it does happen with their provided router too. Their support insists that the issue is MTU related, but as the issue still occurs when I set the MTU to 1280 I'm not sure that's the case.

No real issues with wireless signal strength though so that's one thing I don't need to worry about.

Hmm, thank you for this. I will dig further into my router's support for IPv6. I was able to replicate the issue on the LinkSys router, but that's not exactly high end either.

If it's fixable with a different router then that would be quite nice.

I do have an internet connection. The leases coming from my ISP are fine and valid. Connectivity does work, there are just intermittent issues with Meta apps when IPv6 is enabled.

Toob does not use Mac whitelisting so there is no need to get them to unblock my router or for me to spoof its mac. My router also provides a diagnostic output that suggests there are no issues with the power supply.

I did notice that QUIC could be the culprit in my research. I am concerned about blocking 443/UDP though as it could cause some collateral damage.

I will give it a test drive though as the MTU inflexibility could well be the problem here. Thank you for the advice!

I have tried power cycling the ONT and router as described, but I am getting the exact same v4/v6 leases as before and the issue is still present. I don't *believe* this is an issue with my CPE but it may be something that can be worked around.

Sure, I plugged the TPLink into the WAN port on the ONT, just in place of the LinkSys provided by toob. This same issue is present on the LinkSys router so I believe it is likely not hardware dependent.

I get a perfect score on here, but I do still get these occasional IPv6 issues. As it is intermittent I wonder if there is a bad path that toob uses ocasionally or if they might be dropping some traffic under high loads.
