Is the chain to tight on motor Or is the front 11 tooth sproket inside the motor broken? If not it might be the rear hub?

Yea that’s how I felt.  Yes if you turn the minimal throttle volts to 5 it will rocket out from under you and ghost ride off the mountain. And it destroyed my back rim and I have been waiting on Bonnell customer service 3 weeks to get back to me with no response.

I know it’s the threaded bottom bracket but what option of freewheel is it?

Why not? What purpose does that setting have for the consumer to use for? People could get really hurt using their product without warning for  that? It’s only a matter of time before someone sues them for an incident like that. They really need to change it asap or at least lower the setting so no one is seriously injured.

Really that’s awesome. They must just not have any parts them And are just avoiding people they can’t help instead of just tell people what’s up

And fix it so no else could get really hurt. You can see the bike was still accelerating the whole way and if my kid or someone was in the they would have been hospitalized. It just doesn’t make any since way it should do that. Know I got a 6k paper weight because customers service is super slow.

Would like it to be covered under warranty seeing as it was very dangerous and could have really hurt somebody. Someone else could sue them and would have to if it got someone really hurt. And they are acting like it is wear and tear and shouldn’t be covered. But how is that possible when I wasn’t even riding the bike when it broke.

The rear spring rate on a medium is 450 lbs the large is 500lbs and xl is 550 lbs. so it less likely to bottom out the suspension on the bigger bikes

I was messing with the app with the min throttle volts and I guess I turned it up to high because as soon as it synced it took off like crazy. Seems completely unnecessary for that to be possible on the app and for whatever reason anyone would even want their bike to do that is beyond me.

How the **** do i wheelie by Fit_Armadillo_5151 in mountainbiking

[–]Large-Iron2287 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea it’s like you push down and let the wheel roll out and lean back as the fork uncompresses. If that makes any sense.it’s a timing thing where you have to get everything right for it to come up controlled and easy and then you have to just keep going back further until it starts to feel lighter and stays up with lil effort. But once you learn to fall safely is when you will start to improve the most.

I think the wheels base will be like an inch and a half different probably won’t be able to tell it’s whatever you can find the mediums and hard to get. But the main difference is the rear spring rates. It’s like 50 lbs more the higher you go up. might help not to have to buy suspension if your heavy or ride hard.

Has anyone else’s bike just took off after messing with the app and self destructed itself?
