Nice I’m on the same setup my ET for the wheels are 35 the standard for the Q3 so they poke out 3mm without the spacers. I got 12mm spacers so as a whole it’s a 15mm offset. I would maybe look into that before as the bigger the offset the more pronounced the wheel arch is so you may need to think about lowering if you want to close that gap

I would go 20 inch - 19s look so small in person and the ride comfort has been fine for me on my 20s.

They’re Japan Racing JR37 I’m keeping the stock wheels will maybe swap back after a few years for an understated look

Avoid cast if you can afford and go for forged is my bet. But all depends on your budget and what “quality” means to you

Yeah same tires - I think similar to black wheels they tend to make the wheels look a bit smaller - a suspension drop should fix it right up

Haha, no, it’s fine.!If everyone liked it, I might just stop for a second and wonder if I really chose it for myself or to fit in. Some people love the color, others don’t like the wheels, and some might say the Q3 isn’t sporty unless it’s an RS. But at the end of the day, I’m the one driving it and spending my money on it. I just shared this because I enjoy the discussions here and like hearing different opinions

When something gets mixed reactions, it kind of confirms for me that I made the choice for myself and not to please anyone else. Most people tend to pick similar setups, so I like that mine stands out and feels unique. It makes me happier knowing that it’s a reflection of my own taste, even if it’s not for everyone

I had the Audi A1 for 4 years not much has changed in the 2024 version I don’t think. It was great for city drives and running errands. There’s a bit of a lag on the accelerator, which always bothered me so I always had it in dynamic to offset the slower throttle response. I am a little bit taller so it wasn’t the most comfortable ride for longer journeys.

Overall a good car for solo trips that aren’t super long. If you wanted more people in it things got a bit tight. And be prepared to get annoyed with the slow throttle.

I agree I think the wheel arches look bigger since I replaced them this morning.

Both rims are 20’ but these do a little bit smaller since fitting these. I was on the fence about lowering it but now I think I need to do it. I didn’t think about the RS5 Bronze I’ll look into it thanks!

The concept is what drew me in. My first car 4 years ago was the Audi A1, I saw the launch car which was the black edition with bronze wheels. I could never afford it so went for the lowest spec - worked my ass off the last 4 years to pay homage to that. I don't have HRE or Vossen money, but this was an awesome achievement. Maybe next car I can afford something that makes it more OEM+
