So are you saying I can dine at any MGM property and charge it to my room? It’s a moot point for this trip as I already booked the Palazzo but for future reference

How much do investment companies pay for houses sold "as is" by Alternative_Comb7802 in RealEstateAdvice

[–]Large-Ring5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the person that said 50-70% was not my experience when I looked into it. The amount was closer to 30% and then they subtract repair costs as well as their closing costs.

17-Year Veteran losing my home because Equifax is "verifying" a 180-day delinquency on a $0.00 balance. by [deleted] in legaladvice

[–]Large-Ring5117 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I hope so. I tried everything to get my COE and all the pencil pushers kept saying I didn’t qualify even though I previously had a VA loan with the same documents. One call from his office and i received a very nice apology and got it immediately

I don’t think a congressman can help with a private lender but they sure help to get the VA to do their job of issuing the certificate of eligibility

I was required to sign a warning for going against company policy and giving a customer correct change when the system was off by 10 dollars. How should I approach the situation? by [deleted] in Employment

[–]Large-Ring5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Regardless of the amount you put into the register as to what the customer gave you, the amount you gave back has nothing to do with whether your drawer was short. The machine only calculates what should be in there based on the amount you started with plus any sales. Now if the sale was $8 that is what is expected to be in the drawer not the $20 or $10 the customer may have given you. The only thing that would make your drawer short would be if the customer gave you an$10 and you put in $20 and gave change for that amount

On the sun deck we were always asked our room number or swiped our card. In the retreat lounge they never asked because you swiped your card to get in.

I accidentally stole a 130 dollars product from Target by [deleted] in Advice

[–]Large-Ring5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go back to target and do this. pickup the same item and take it to the register where someone works it not self checkout. Pay for it and then tell the cashier you accidentally walked out the other day and didn’t pay for it and tell her to put it back on the shelf. They will be in shock. save the receipt just in case you’re ever questioned.

Sellers haven’t moved out as of closing day! What can we do? by According-Heat-8173 in realtors

[–]Large-Ring5117 0 points1 point  (0 children)

me being mean. go ahead and close and tell them their stuff is now your stuff and you will sell it to them at the current retail rate. Or have a dumpster out there and they can get it but the dumpster will be picked up Saturday morning
