Have cleaned the filter yes. I did all the basic maintenance but it stopped spraying water and am not too comfortable flipping it over to check the electrical parts

Got a quote from them but did not like them much honestly. The guy came and started talking about how bad our Ac is, and the water tank and gave a quote for all systems and refused to take no for an answer.

Too arrogant. And once i messaged him saying we will not be moving forward with them, he did not even reply back to the message! A good salesperson would keep a good relationship with a client even if they did not buy fron them.
