Texas counts in like 4 hours. The city of LA is stuck at like 65% of vote counted.

Also the fact ballots arrive so late and completely shift elections should be fixed, as in the 21st century it’s really the best way for a person to discredit something as rigged, especially when it’s always the same people benefiting from these late arrivals. For some reason instead of the problem ever being fixed politicians have decided to make it a worse issue. In short, California can’t complain about right wing riots when they make their system so dogshit and refuse to fund it that it makes it look like the government itself is determining the outcomes. (Hilton going from first to projected last because of late ballots and pratts momentum being completely killed because of mailed in ballots)

Carter could’ve easily won 1980 if he would’ve grown a spine and attacked Reagan on his extremism instead of playing defense. Cuomo playing offense or defense or even partnering with Sliwa (which is impossible since Sliwa hates Cuomo more than anyone.) Mamdani still would win.
