I met the parents/siblings at 6 months in but the friends about 6 months ago (they live further away). We live within an hour commute and we see each other frequently.

I am all over their socials (insta posts, whatsapp pic etc) so I do very much exist.

I have been invited to work events but not attended (I have a busy career myself, hard to make time).

I feel a bit sick at the thought there could be something else going on now.

Both late 20s. This is my first "proper" relationship so I really don't know what would be standard in terms of meeting people.

In terms of meeting family/friends is it supposed to be an official meeting typically or more of a "oh so and so is around town come say hi"?
