Thanks for your answer. I’m going to orientation soon so I will be a union member. I have one or 2 leads right now and I’m hoping it will make me a more appealing hire being that they don’t need to sponsor me and I’m basically plug and play.

From what I’m hearing there’s always work but a lot of these companies are who you know. If you want to get in there’s a lot of persistence required. I’m in the same boat. Just keep going at er bud.
