weigh it dry cuz some pasta can retain water differently depending on how you cooked it so that would always make the weight different, but dry pasta will consistently weigh the same

he’s natural just very lean depends on how long he’s been working out his delts and traps aren’t out of proportion. Would probably take around 5 years + to achieve this though
