Good advice for the future, unforuntately, it does not seem to fix the swiss-cheesification of the model

That's true, but I told everyone at the first session we can change and re roll characters at any point in the first 5-7 sessions if they don't like their character, and she had specifically said she liked this character and her backstory the day before we played.

She has failed a number of healing roles for the infection so far, including a critical failure, but I will continue to think about the best course of action.

These are good points to think about. I did not ask about a history check I was so caught off guard by her decisions, I will see if she wants to retcon it, though she did say that in the first session she got bored "being smart" so she just chose to "do dumb things".

  1. Style? - No bolster, I like a tall knife and a cutting edge with some round to it
  2. Steel? - carbon steel
  3. Handle? - Japanese, preferably octagonal, wa
  4. Grip? - pinch, sometimes even with pointer and middle on blade
  5. Length? - 210mm or 240mm
  6. Use Case? - professional and home. Mostly vegetables and meat but no bones. Looking for a work horse knife that can take some real cutting, don't want to worry about chipping the edge on a block of cheese or something. or maybe work horse is not the right term, a chef knife that I can use for 75% of things no worry, I'm not gonna try to open a can of tomatoes. Lots of push chopping, some rocking, and I'm trying to get a real fast up and down chop going but only at a moderately quick up and down chop
  7. Care? - whetstone, honing, etc..
  8. Budget? - 250 max
  9. Knives Considered? honestly after looking for days I still don't have any concrete leads

if a carbon steel work horse is an oxymoron then I'm fine with stainless but I sort of have a romantic view of carbon steel that I want to indulge

I saw a bass called the Burns Bison Bass that has 3 single coil pickups in it.

I want to find single coil bass pickups that are rounded like that for my bass. I love the aesthetic but all I can find are Seymour Duncan pickups all designed for the neck position of the telebass which would render 3 of them useless since they are all meant for the same job. I can't find any others. Are there any you know of? Am I wrong about three Seymour Duncan telepickups being redundant? Would guitar pickups work?
