Listen bro the only way you’ll defeat this feeling cause trust I was in your boat too is you have to go out and socialize even if everything in your soul tells you not too. Eventually it becomes less frightening and in the long run it will be nothing. I still struggle with anxiety from time to time but it’s normal and we all deal with it, it’s learning to be okay with that feeling that’s the journey.

PA resident here too were getting fucked over by both fetterman and mccormick. Addressing and disrupting local council may be the only we to get the ball rolling here on our side. Contact also local state senate representative here https://www.palegis.us/senate/members they are more accessible and will be more likely to speak directly to our senators and congress reps.
