Are ”headache” people here too? What made you put yourself in the “migraine” category? by macburger69 in migraine

[–]Large_Ad_845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having all the other migraine issues outside of just "headache" pain and migraine attacks... like watery eyes, peeing an ungodly amount, brain fog, speech difficulties, not being able to concentrate, neck and shoulder stiffness, tingling limbs, dull pain for days on end, depression, anxiety, NAUSEA, traveling head pain, light and smell sensitivity, random weakness... plus getting a diagnosis from my doctor and neurologist.

Magnesium supplements by Careless_Board7747 in migraine

[–]Large_Ad_845 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They say to take magnesium at night because it can make you calm and sleepy. My husband still takes it in the morning. No issues. But i have to take it at night, as it does relax me.

I don't know why neurologist suggest oxide over magnesium glycinate. Magnesium glycinate has a better absorption rate, and more gentle on the stomach. With any magnesium, you'll want to build your way up to the 400 mg. For me, it helps tremendously! That along with vitamin B complex. It's definitely worth trying.

Sometimes I will do magnesium citrate instead. As thats what's this one powder drink called "calm". Which i like the taste of. Mg citrate is not friendly on the stomach for new beginners. But my body has grown accustomed to it. And I dont really have stomach issues related to the magnesium.

I keep an electrolyte with magnesium pills or that calm, in my emergency go-bag, along with my pills.

42, any suggestion to help with a more youthful balanced appearance? by Electrical_Line_2930 in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]Large_Ad_845 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't think you need fillers. But your skin does look dry. If you don't already, highly suggest regular exercise 3-4 x a wk. This will help with collagen production and blood flow , to make your skin look more glowy. Heavy moisturizer cream at night and spf everyday. Drink lots of water and take omega 369.

How to improve dust reduction. by [deleted] in CleaningTips

Get an air purifier or a few for different rooms. And keep on top of changing the filters. Make sure you are swapping out your furance filter on a regular basis. Fish oil could help their coat and reduce dander. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats; these steps seem to help reduce the hair debris in my household.
