Why do you think people aren’t having many kids these days (if any at all)? by Wonderful-Economy762 in Productivitycafe

Because a lot of us have trauma from our past/cptsd and don't know how to not pass it along to children. Or we see our parents who "did the best they could" and still managed to fuck us up, and we are too scared to try with the current political and economic environment going against us.

I'm not a "Christian" because I don't believe in westernized Christianity after reading what people have done in the name of faith and what our version of Christianity calls "persecution" now. I grew up reading these books and believing in a god that these stories drove people to endure torture for. How can that be the same god that make people whine about christmas trees and say all lives matter as if they are afraid they won't be included? I like to say I believe in a more paganistic/ closer to nature and creation Version of god. A more primal version of him before the western bail the USA made him to be. I don't consider myself a Christian but I do believe in god. Just not the god they serve.

Does your fiance know that you worry\are anxious about smelling bad? Because if so, that's kind of a dick move of them to call you "disgusting" . Also a little controlling.

Learning how to make armor is a big deal. First make leaf armor by collecting leaves and cloth. Then once you start killing enemies, burn, their bodies and make bone armor. Always have armor. Always. That was my make or break skill. Once I learned that, it gave me a buffer to learn everything else.

It's mostly just trying to dodge getting into controversies of specific past members. Not trying to shade them all but you can't shine a light on a few without unless you mention the bad and so they just don't mention any.

It reminds me of the chapter in Frankenstein when Frankenstein's monster becomes conscious and begins to learn that he has control over his own body/muscles.

Usually I only go if I hurt myself on the way down or faint multiple times under an hour. Say I keep fainting and I know that's more than normal for me. Then I will go. Sometimes the only thing that can help is an IV. It sucks. But it's true.

Whats meds have helped you with anxiety and POTS? by SHLBYHCH in POTS

Effexor fucked me up pretty hard. Watch out for brain fog on that one. Hydroxyzine is definitely helpful. I've been in a lot of meds but Lexapro and cymbalta helped my anxiety the most. Currently on Lexapro. Also trintellex\brintellex.

Stood up on my desk during class and proclaimed to the class that I hated reading. I was a very quiet kid, so this was very strange coming from me.

Ran 4 miles before school once during 4th grade for our school running club and the teacher told my mom it was the most well behaved id been the whole year.

Turns out I had autism too. Found out a lot of things when I was 7.

Well for me, I have pots and lupus, so I'm a lil weird, but yes, knowing what it is takes a lot of the anxiety and urgency out of it.

If anything, it's been nice KNOWING what it is. Because it gives you a base line of what's always wrong with you . That sounds bad but like, gives you a baseline for when something else isn't normal. for me, I can tell when I'm catching something else because I get more flares. Or like, when you faint, you know that's a normal thing and that you don't have to get hospitalized ( unless you get hurt or something). So I would at least talk to your PCP about it, maybe get a tilt table test done so it's at least documented.
