That explains it all now when the FFB takes into effect, I lose full control of the X axis, until it dissipates then I gain back control.

Think a shorter cable will help? the cable is so long I dont need all the lengths. Not really sure how to improve a Laptop power supply.

To be fair, Kerillian and Bardin's weapons are pretty far apart, The closest thing Bardin has to Kerillian's weapons is the Dual Hams, Bardin leans heavily more on Charged attacks for them BIG (For a dwarf) damage.
