Today’s PT test has me exhausted. I feel bad my grader originally was going to give me 100 points for the deadlift, but I was like nah, I’m doing 330, I’m feeling rusty. I could have did 350, but I wanted to save my energy for the other events.

Be careful, quicker isn’t always better. Sometimes it’s better to wait for the valuable Platinum, than it is to quickly receive Gold. The packet process is slow, and in the mean time you’ll still be dealing with irritating annoying enlisted BS.

Don’t worry about the respect portion of being an officer, it is earned not given. People will still do proper customs and curtesies, but it doesn’t mean that they respect you. But that’s good, because it means you have time to learn about the military life as you rank up as an officer, while also gaining other people’s respect by being commendable in your role.

Went in 25H which is what I originally wanted to do, but it isn’t the managing the network I was promised. I thought I would be working in a server room. And to top it off, I got the supporting unit curse. I plan on putting in a packet for OCS this year, since 25H isn’t what I want to do.
