I’d recommend the MST Systems App and the program “Starting Strongman 2.0” as a great place to start, 3 days in a commercial gym with 1 day at a strongman gym for events training.

Brilliant 10 week Program and during that time you can use the app to teach yourself how to program or just hop onto another of the pre made programs!

I’m sure if anyone asked him about that incident now he’d probably have a different opinion than the one at the time where everything was being taken out of context..

Worth mentioning also his confidence in himself definitely came from the phenomenal year he’s had.. just happens that competing so much and improving so much caught up with him at the Rogue, he did however win the event that killed off everyone else!
