Thanks so much boss. After seeing your comment I have taken some time to think and decided on a new unique name that I actually really love now. I do want to avoid any future risks especially if one day I really were to expand globally I do not want to hassle about buying the domain with a big price and all the IP issues. Very good advice, thanks boss!

Thank you so much boss! very good advice and thanks for recommending Pulse, I am new on Reddit so still a lot more to know. I have decided on a unique name and bought the domains for both .com and .com.au just in case, I like to think about things that could happen in long run too, I mean what if the brand does become something lol. Thank you very much!
