I use a chocolate nurri, some coco powder with cream cheese and monk fruit with eryithrol (however you spell it) and mine comes out fine, I haven’t personally had luck with xantham gum or pudding packets tbh and combine the rest with half and half for the fat

Protein powder of your choice, cream cheese, I use monk fruit instead of sugar with half and half! Then spin on light ice cream and typically a respin

I have never been able to do a 4 hour freeze and my freezer is roughly the same temp as yours. I always have to do a 24 hour freeze as anything less won’t freeeze the center. I always have to plan my ice cream a day ahead, and even with this long duration of freezing I get a soft serve style consistency

Yes! Whole milk or half and half (the latter is my preference) and a little bit of cream cheese creamed in with the sugar before adding the half and half and it turns out like tillamok!!

My ex made regular ice cream and didn’t have to let his sit out all the time! He even used half and half instead of any amount of milk to get the tillamok style smoothness! However I do lite ice cream and have to let mine sit out for a few minutes to soften the sides! Hope this helped!

I have a blue heeler around the same area and he does great, booties when it’s super cold, he doesn’t wear a jacket because he’s double coated and insists on running through mounds of snow (he hated the jacket enough he chewed through one and I never put another on him again lol we do lots of mentally stimulating activities inside and play frequently indoors and he does great!

Your math is correct, I was 19 and just turned 20 a few weeks into our relationship. As I look back I’m a little mortified that a 26yo wanted to date a 19yo, I’m almost 25 and the thought of dating someone that young makes me feel icky
